MindMoves workshops will provide you with the following:

Additional and different skills are required to build a team striving to match with both, the company’s challenging strategies and a global business environment.

Besides understanding the field a leader is working in, he or she needs to be able to cope with increasing complexity. More a generalist than expert a modern leader nowadays needs emotional intelligence to “manage” talents, different characters, and cultures.

He or she preferably understands their own driving forces and those of the staff (motivation). In controller language: avoid losses due to high costs caused by invisible de-motivation.
