Lara, a shop manager of high class china ware was worried about her performance during a forthcoming official exhibition of new product lines for VIP’s.
One session the evening before the big day offered her not only ways how to deal with such an audience. In addition, it also revealed the major cause for her fears: the attendance of her boss.
Taking into consideration the complicated relationship between them as well as the desired procedure of the event, Lara learnt as to where her boss should be located during her speech to make his presence non-threatening.
The exhibition was a huge success and Lara’s boss – believe it or not – without being aware of it, placed himself where she needed him to act supportive. Lara has later taken over a bigger branch.
