Got under a lot  of stress when taking charge as group leader of a multi national team. He felt that he could not cope with expectations and struggled to be the type of boss he should be.

In a couple of sessions John was invited to experience the influence of inner and outer perception, his own expectations, his picture of how such a boss should be and his values which worked against such picture.

Once he was aware of the hidden but limiting beliefs and the creation of his own preferred appearance and was able to be himself, walk his talk, achieve acceptance and finally feel comfortable with his new challenge
